For a whole weekend, mushroom sellers and buyers meet in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid to buy fresh products.

Since the 19th century, the village has been home to numerous mushroom sellers and buyers. It was a supplement of income for the farmers of the Ardèche plateau. It is in memory of this tradition that this event was born. On the program: dry mushroom market in the morning, tasting of the "champicup" (mushroom soup) and the cooking competition. All weekend, mulled wine in front of the marquees, producers' market, mycological exhibition, demonstration of cooking recipes and champigourmand meal, art contest for children...

Peut être aurez vous la chance d'apercevoir le célèbre restaurateur Mr Macron préparer une omelette géante sur la place du village mais cela devient rare...En tout cas belle fête avec ventes de champignons et de bien d'autres produits régionaux.
