Private museum with collections of archaeology and ethnography in a superb house dating from 1894, in the upper town.
This private museum (Εθνογραφικό Μουσείο Πάφου/Ethnografiko Mousio Pafou) is housed in a handsome 1894 house that opens with three Gothic-style arches. It houses the collection of George Eliades (1912-2007), as interesting for its antique objects as for its meticulous recreation of traditional 19th-century interiors, particularly the kitchen and bedroom, with period furniture and clothing. Admission includes a guided tour.
