TOUR " ONE "

On the seafront, this concave building is the tallest in Cyprus: 170 m (38 floors). Completed in 2022, it is also the tallest residential tower in the European Union. Nearby, 300 m to the west, the "Trilogy" complex has been standing since 2023. It was to have three towers, but only two, 161 and 148 m high, were built. Restaurants and a swimming pool are planned. Another less lofty but more astonishing building is "The Oval" (75 m), completed in 2017 and located 700 m to the east. All designed by British architects WKK.
