Beautiful hotel staff are absolutely amazing available to help and assist you while always being welcoming and polite. Food is lovely and there are many great options available to eat as well as the cafe. The pools are great as they have adult only pool and a main pool with a kids area. The spa is fantastic great options and treatments available. Just a great hotel in general staff go above and beyond I spent my birthday there and staff members around the hotel remember to wish me a happy birthday and there was cake and wine in my hotel room along with a note. People say that there's not much in the area but there are many lovely souvenir shops and food places to go and eat. Also there is a KFC, McDonald's and Starbucks nearby as well as a beach. And short bus trips can take you to other lovely beaches and a visit to the Marina where there is a the Paradox museum. Depending on what time of year you go to everything might not be available if its out of season. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again!

Amazing experience loads of cats very family friendly rooms were big and very clean (main concern was with tui who delayed our flight and changed our hotel) overall a 5/5 experience limisol Castle near by as well as the illusion museum.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a five-star hotel in Paphos for a couple of days which was not nearly the same quality. It was my birthday and they even went to the trouble of upgrading our room to a Seaview room and when we popped out for a few hours, came back to the room and noticed a happy birthday cake and a bottle of wine. The rooms are stunning and the entertainment the hotel provides is like no other, with bingo nights, quiz nights, music nights and even fire breathers/contortionists and circus tricks. As a couple in our late 20s we found that there was something for everyone. My only slight bugbear would be that naturally a hotel that offers so much did attract lots of noisy children, but hey you can’t have it all. I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team for making my birthday holiday so lovely. Overall, very impressed.

Pros: good for old people or people with children.
Cons: was like traveling to the past where you can't plug your phone or your computer in any place. The place is not secure, the worst place to have an accident I saw in my digital nomad worker life. Nothing works, even not first aid, even not the elevators, even not the staff and their ethics

We will not go into thorough detail of your review, despite the fact that we disagree with all of your comments regarding our facilities and safety regulations. A trained and certified first aider was there to assist you and in accord with our standard procedure, was insisting for you to go to a doctor, and even proposed to call an ambulance to which you declined. The hotel did provide a wheelchair for you. The manager did meet with you and although your behaviour was totally unacceptable and rude, he arranged a room change for you and tried to assist you in the best possible way. We feel sorry for all you have written however our attention and assistance was there. Since you have posted your review on other sites, please be advised that this will be the same response.

Do not stay if u have food allergies, they do not give a damn and stand around and laugh at you, when there is no choices for you to eat , lady on reception , maybe Angelina ? Absolutely horrible , very rude and speaks or should i say growls at people , first time i stayed was perfect , but this time absolute awful , told them i was recently diagnosed with gluten free and lactose free, and had a bowel disease , was told no probs we will look after you , feeding me wedges and beans , i think not , pls think carefully if u have food allergies before staying here .! I was also given a gluten and dairy birthday cake , knowing i was gluten intolerant and dairy free , and laughed at when i asked was this cake suitable for me , was told let your husband eat it !!!!! Update my food was sorted on day 4 after husband when ballistic, top chef sorted meals and they was fantastic, but 4 days to sort was shocking 3 days out of 7 when it should of been sorted on day 1 ,

Very relaxed complex.
Friendly efficient staff.
The food was well above the standard of what is usual for all inclusive hotels.
There were a few very minor issues that were noticeable but not worth bothering about.
The only real let down is the location.

I've spent 7 days here and my review is extremely mixed. The room, pool, entertainment, sitting areas, and food are easily 5 stars and I had no problems with most staff. However I noticed a few people were complaining about higher up staff that treat guests and other staff horribly.
That's why this review is two stars. Me and my relatives were approached by one higher up member of staff shouting at us to go into the cafeteria through a certain door like we were a bunch of school children. If you don't want people going through it then put up a sign or lock that door, don't speak to other people as if your some sort of superior god. I've seen the higher up staff act like the narcissists they are and treat other kind and respectful staff like slaves or minions as well, I cannot emphasise how badly this hotel needs to fire the higher up staff and hire new people that can communicate issues with guests in a formal way.
Aside from those select staff members, there is no good beach to be found anywhere in the area. Speaking of the area itself, just go into street view and you'll see how awful the area it is. Derelict buildings everywhere, cracked under-maintained sidewalk everywhere, almost every building tagged by graffiti or abandoned, and absolutely no other attractions or night life here. If your just staying in the hotel however then it's fine.
Also there is a lot of loud people from England here, might not appeal to everyone looking for a peaceful getaway.
Overall I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a good getaway. The hotel itself is good but the general area didn't feel safe and some staff were awful. The higher ups need to be fired and replaced though I doubt that will happen at all or anytime soon.

We’ve just got back from our week at this hotel, everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, the staff were incredibly helpful and the facilities were amazing. Big shoutout to the friendly face waiter Mikah and to all the hotel staff for making our trip so fabulous , will definitely be looking to come back here again :)

Just spent 7 nights here had excellent time , room clean with pool views. Food very good in relaxed atmosphere. Staff very helpful & animation team very hard working and friendly. Evening entertainment could be better & maybe TV sport accessible to under 18s. Would definitely recommend BBQ night.

everything from beginning to end was fabulous best holiday of my life. We were a couple booking last minute. The hotel is beautiful large open and clean all staff were friendly and always smiling. The food was incredible so many choices and fresh i was spoilt for choice every meal. The drinks were not watered down meaning there wasn't always a que for drinks and if there was they called for more staff to clear the que. Housekeeping was impressive mopping floors and proper daily room cleans. We had a beautiful town view of Limassol and we saw fireworks when chilling on the balcony. On the last night we went to breeze the open air nightclub what an experience well worth it but 25 euros for 2 drinks. Our rep Sana at the hotel was lovely we booked the ghost town and paphos old town excursions this was the best decision we made the history of the island is incredible and we learnt so much it really added the special touch to the holiday. We choose this hotel because of the entertainment reviews so many hotels under deliver in this area but not here, bingo, discos, quizzes, fire dancers, local traditional dancers to name a few. The best aspect for us was the pool set ups the family pool was huge with numerous sunbeds and parasols no need to get up early and que or fight we came down at different times everyday and had no issues getting a sunbed when we needed it this was a breath of fresh air compared to other holidays. At about 5pm we would move to the adult only pool to chill which was so upmarket we felt special the adjoining adult bar was perfect they love football in Cyprus and often 3 English games were playing on different tv's perfect for my football mad boyfriend and if you were tired enjoy sky sports on your room tv!!! no extra cost. I have to mention the Wi-Fi WOW not once did it disconnect no matter where you were in the complex it was better than mine at home lol and again no extra cost. In addition the air-conditioning was the best i have ever seen Cyprus was soooo hot it really made the days comfortable everywhere in the hotel had air-con. I have to say this place is special and we will be back. There are always niggles on holiday but because the basics were fab you didn't mind the odd hiccup. I would not recommend the a la carte restaurant no atmosphere food raw and not seasoned. But don't worry stick to the buffet it was better!!! There is not much within walking distance for this hotel but there facilities means you don't need to go anywhere but you could get local buses to explore further. Well done tui perfect perfect perfect !!!

Fantastic 10 days with family and friends all inclusive, food great, pool and facilities wonderful, entertainment was pritty good, bingo every night we did not win never mind, great place, this is the second time we have been, the only thing was bit of a struggle to get eleven sun beds together by the pool but we managed great Malcolm

Sitting in the adult bar with a few hours before we leave to go home and I can honestly say it's been a lovely 11 nights at this hotel. Please ignore the negative reviews and don't be put off coming here. Yes its not in the most central location but surely anyone who has booked would have done their research and not be surprised by this. If you like exploring get a car and go see some of the amazing places cyprus has to offer. The hotel is lovely, very clean, rooms are a good size and they have family areas and adult only areas so if you are coming without children to a family hotel you will still have a great time. The food has been good, varied with choices for everyone. The bbq night and managers cocktail reception is a must. The staff are so friendly, big shout out to Demetri in the adult bar such a nice guy. Would definitely come here again.

Just done 10 days at atlantica oasis, Best Hotel we've stayed in in cyprus!! Booking again for next year for 2 weeks, the hotel the staff the food couldn't have asked for anything better!!! Highly recommend anyone to stay here,Best of hotels!!

Me and my family stayed at this all inclusive hotel for 10 days and we all had a great time, we hired a car to get us to different places in Cyprus and would highly recommend doing the same. Very clean hotel and all the staff are very helpful/ friendly.
The food was lovely and different every evening and then you could book different places to eat also within the hotel, The a la carte evening was stunning and they set the area up so beautifully!
They have a managers cocktail evening and we tried some different drinks which was great fun.
The pool areas are great too, the kids were in the pool from morning to evening on our pool days, closes at 6pm but like with any resort you have to wake up early to get a bed as by 7am most beds have towels on. There is an adults pool also for something more quieter and a younger child's pool.
The entertainment was great, got the public involved some evenings too, evening got us up dancing and my daughter loved the kids disco.

2023 Summer holiday for family. Kids 20 and 16!!! Always something to eat at each meal (all inclusive). Family pool great for the kids, adults only pool great for us and the kids are old enough to come and appreciate the peace and quiet. Rooms comfy and plenty of space, WiFi is excellent (150Mbs) so it's easy to stay in touch with family, friends and the world ????????
The staff are brilliant, cannot think of a negative experience. They even put a cake and a bottle of wine in our daughter's room on her birthday.
Number 30 bus takes you into town centre for €1.50 and runs late into the night

Old hotel, not much to do for children, no bamse hotel, mainly british, sunbeds occupied from 7 o clock, cockroaches, staff very nice! Food ok, drinks ok, wine very ok for being the house wine, 30 mins walk to a real beach. I would not book ok, mainly because of the facilities and bad entertainment.

2 out of 10 - Profit driven commercialised hotel.
Nothing was explained about the hotel at checkin so had to ask other guests.
All inclusive option doesn’t include snacks, Towel charges apply and only exchanged every 3 days, restaurants all booked 7-10 days in advance, no water bottles given in this heat, no sun loungers/hammocks etc and the tightest deck chair seating, nearest beach is filthy, 6 day room service only, and ran out of ice cream apparently. If you enjoy cheap branded alcohol with a delayed service then this is the place. All round gave the feeling they were looking at profits rather than customer satisfaction… don’t know how they have certificate for trip advisor recommended hotel 2023!
On the plus side: weather was great, pub across the road and some nice restaurants within walking distance.
I hope my work colleagues don’t read this review as I recommended the hotel to the ones I dislike ;)

The welcome letter includes information about our facilities, opening and closing times of our restaurant and café, pools and bars as well as the terms of your board if you are an all-inclusive guest. Our all-inclusive package includes snacks such as from our wide selection in our Mocha café which includes hot and cold sandwiches, pastries, salads, yoghurt, cakes and many more. Regarding our towel conditions, as we explain to our guests when they collect their towel cards from reception, that there is an electronic deposit which is not payable however if the cards were not returned at the end of our guests' stay then that is when a charge would apply. With regards to our theme night dining options that you mentioned, they do get booked up quickly so we advise our guests to book in as early as possible during their stay however our staff are always available to assist and find bookings for our guests. As stated in our welcome letter, our hotel adheres to our sustainability policy which reduces plastic waste around the hotel. We provide a large bottle of water in each room upon arrival for our guests which they keep and fill up at our three refillable water stations around the hotel. We also provide paper cups next to these refillable stations for our guests to use/reuse throughout the day and evening. With regards to our sunbeds, we have plenty of sunbeds to accommodate our guests however, as stated above, if our guests need any assistance with finding a sunbed/sun lounger then our staff is always available to help.
