The hotel also provides a resort chair that gives you easy access to the mountain. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the village.
The rooms are decent sized with extremely comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice, not dirty at all. So, overall the room was really nice.
The pool and hot tub area was really spacious. There are 3 hot
The staff are helpful and attentive.
The hotel is decent. You have to walk a short distance, uncovered area, to the guest town.
Also the self parking is pretty far out.
If it is snowing, walking from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, the lobby to guest town, it is a touch of inconvenient.
Other than that, Everline has great selections of restaurants, gym, pool and spa.
With the Resort chair next to the guest town. You have direct access to Palisade.
1. room thermostat set to automatically change temperature to 68. my kids waking up middle fo the night cold and freezing. initially i was told it is not automatic but later was told that the hotel thermostat automatically resets to 68 which is pretty cold for kids jn cold winter.
2. room window held together by duct tape. we noticed this after unpacking all our stuff and though they were willimg to relocate us but packing and unpacking 2 babies things and our clothes too cumbersome so we asked that they re-duct tape better so there is not ad much of a wind draft in our room.
3. bo warning sign abd. o enclosure on a fireplace that has a glass that can mot be opened and turns scalding hot. my 18 month old got a second degree burn on hisnhand from the fireplace. any decent establishment would have some kind of enclosure around such a fireplace or at least have a warning sign.
4. staff unresponsive to customer requests and bot well trained or well informed. asides from serious concerns above, the can not accomplish simple tasks that you ask multiple times such as refilling bodywash in the rooms. we asked multiple times for this.
frankly if it was not so hard to move with 2 babies i would have left this place and moved to another place.
