This used to be our go to breakfast place where we would drive out of our going to Reno just for their waffles. This time, the quality and service has gone to hell. The waffle is so thick and chewy that it has become pancakes, the sausage was raw. Worst of all it's that there was no explanation of decline and still charged us as usual. I will not be coming back and it's really sad. Little gem in Tahoe has switched

Place is amazing! A+ 10/10 breakfast joint that's affordable in This expensive area! Friendly staff and the food is delicious. We went almost daily for our breakfast during our week visit!

Right off the club, any waffle or pancake house that does not have real maple syrup is just hitting par with me! C’mon at least have an up charge with it. The chicken and waffle disappointed, with some sort of chicken tender and a waffle that tasted like a wafer. The pancakes weren’t anything to boast about, either. The Rösti was terrific! The help awesome, the atmosphere is exactly what I am looking for ,with bar seating. The cooks were on their game busting out food left and right. Food flying out the kitchen and staff whisking it away just as fast. A++. The bathroom was clean, parking is tight so be patient and courteous. Keep Tahoe Blue.

The place looked packed. We were seated and served quickly. The sweet potatoe pancakes were superb. Best breakfast in town! Friendly, clean and great food.

Excellent service in a classic diner atmosphere. Don't come expecting incredible food, come expecting consistently delicious breakfast staples to fill you up before a day of adventure. Crispy hashbrowns and a classic waffle kept me happy on the trail.

Manny is special. It clearly starts at the top with management & it shows with everyone of these staff members. The staff knows how to welcome out of staters and locals. First time in Tahoe and I now have a place to stay. Red hut is so tasty and reasonably priced and super thankful for everyone.

The spot is a gem for breakfast. Friendly staff, quaint atmosphere, and amazing food. You'll never have to wait for coffee.

I watched a lot of dishes emerge from the kitchen that made me wonder if I should have ordered more. The omelets looked especially good. Stacks of hashbrowns and thick cuts of steak had my mouth watering.

I ended up ordering pumpkin pancakes and a side of bacon, all of which were fantastic.

EVERYONE there was just super nice and the food was outstanding! We had breakfast and it was served to us in no time, delicious and hot. Again, the whole crew working there made you feel like you were best friends, check it out!
