This Breton woman living in San Francisco continues to sell her jams as she did in Rennes. On the menu: strawberry and crème de cassis, tomato and crisis, raspberry and violet, blackberry and poppy, peach and lavender and apricot hibiscus, all made from organic ingredients, stamped organic. Our Breton boss prides herself on "less sugar, more fruit", and would even reduce the sugar content of her jams by 70%. Maison de Monaco is distributed in many cities on the west coast.
