South Park in San Francisco surrounding a garden, restaurants, agencies, galleries, showrooms and warehouses
South Park is a tiny neighborhood surrounding a garden of the same name. It was spotted by the city's artists and designers , and became the heart of the Internet bubble of the 1990s. After the crisis, some computer companies closed, but artists and architects stayed. Around the square, restaurants, including a French café, design and architecture agencies, galleries, luxury clothing showrooms, and warehouses rehabilitated into bright lofts. Jack London was born here, at 601 3rd Street.
