Perfect spot for airport access. Clean and retro-hip. Great price, and the diner across the street is worth the price even without the guest discount!

Excellent Hotel and location. Totally worth the price. The receptionists were very sweet (Aana and Mersita) except Neena. She was shockingly rude to me. She doesn't fit to be a hotel receptionist. Hence reducing 2 stars.

I had a blast for my sisters bachelorette! Miami is Miami! Love this city! The hotel staff helped in so many ways to make this an amazing weekend for all us!

We had a very comfortable stay at The Dylan. All the staff are very pleasant and accomodating especially Joyce, a Filipina, who helped us especially when we had to request for a refund when we had to cut short our stay. The attentiveness given to details to make sure their guests enjoy staying here is noteworthy. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and quaint. Comfortable beds. Meticulously maintained. I live out in the country with total peace and quiet. A little traffic noise but travel with my Bluetooth speaker which plays a gentle rain. Nighted over for a connecting flight. Will definitely stay again and longer next time.

Booked this because it was decently priced and close to SFO due to a international layover. It looks old on the outside but the inside is decent, beds are comfy. The only issue is finding light switches are a chore when flying or checking in late at night

Parking is very accessible with a large van and the lobby coffee machine has a hot chocolate option. Girl at the front desk was friendly and respectful. Room didn't have a drink fridge. I had a pleasant stay so far

I'm very picky and selective about hotels. I look at cleaning, upkeep, updated rooms, and most of all staff. This hotel is just simply amazing. I have stayed at hotels costing 3x as much that wasn't close to this good. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The lobby, sitting garden breakfast area are all clean pleasant well equipped and just plain pleasant. The rooms are so good. Clean, endless extra touches like real glass glasses, nice metal drining bottles, super cool remote and clock. Furniture is not dry hotel style. They are individual style and make you feel like you're home rather than a hotel. It's literally a block from the Bart, which is great if you're going to use it to get to the airport like I do. It's been a long time sense I was as impressed by a hotel as I was with this family owned hotel. Anyone who has negative reviews are just difficult and will find fault in anything. Found my new go to for a place to stay in the sf airport area.

The rooms were clean enough. The hotel itself BARELY wheelchair/disabled accessible as advertised with the front automatic double doors nonoperational. door magnets not installed throughout the property. Bathroom grab bars are present, but in the most inconvenient and confusing arrangement, so much so as to be potentially dangerous to use.
The staff ranged from innatentive and disinterested to downright rude. My wife, after thanking the front desk attendant for something was sarcastically prompted by said attendant to thank her with a "Maybe a thank you?"
Overall it's livable for a night or so, but don't expect much. They need more staff and more awareness of the issues in their hotel.

Für eine Nacht vor oder nach einem Flug ok wenn es ein günstiges Angebot gibt. Die Rezeptionistin war äußerst unfreundlich und nicht Kundenorientiert.

Les chambres sont correct sans plus. Idéal pour l'aéroport quoiqu'il faut prendre un Uber. C'est vraiment pas cher, donc ça compense. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

After many very mediocre experiences with American hotel chains, I was pleasantly surprised by The Dylan at SFO. Friendly and motivated staff, everything well-kept and clean. Rooms are large and feature a tasteful contemporary interior design. The airport is easy to reach by 292 bus, which stops only a few yards from the hotel`s location.

I enjoyed my stay. The rooms and property are clean. The staff do a great job and are friendly. My room I could hear planes, but it was expected given the proximity to the airport.

Great location, helpful staff and the cleanest rooms I have ever seen. I was flying out of SFO with my mother who can hardly walk. The staff was helpful and the location is as good as it gets for airport travel. Very comfortable, not fancy but spotless clean.

I stayed at the Dylan while I had a layover coming back from Asia. This place is affordable and very very very clean and nice decor.
Great drinks and snacks into the lobby with happy hours drinks.
The staffs Anna and Joyce was friendly and accommodating.
I will definitely look this place up again and recommend it to my friends.

They accused me of stealing a robe and charged me 135 dollars. The manager Myra can only be contacted by email apparently and just never responded. Felt very mistreated by the whole situation

This Hotel is my fav one coz it makes me feel home when travel to SFO. It's near SFO airport. It's clean. Frontdesk is friendly and near to many restaurants, Safeway and Millbrae Station is one stop away frm the airport.
The air along the corridor on first floor smelt like hot chocolate at all time during my 7 days stay which kept me wondering the source of the fragrance. Maybe from the wet soil or woodchips on ground or any chocolate baking 24/7 on the block?

Especially love the staff! We were greeted by Anna, one of the Filipino receptionists and she absolutely made us feel so at ease after our long haul travel. Made our check-in process so efficient and was so warm, but so professional! I also lost my diamond earring on the second day and thought I had lost it in transit, but the housekeeping staff that day found it and placed it on my table without me even asking, was so relieved and one of the reasons I 1000% recommend this place.
It was also really near the airport and the Bart which was so convenient for travelers like us who didn’t rent a car. The rooms were also very homey, beds were soooo comfortable and housekeeping was so good at cleaning daily.
Thank you so much to the staff! Our stay was only from March 31 to April 3 but it was so wonderful thank you!!! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family visiting SFO.
