Marufuku is a popular ramen restaurant in Japantown, with a very chic, designer Japanese setting, which has even opened other outlets in North Cal (in Oakland and Cupertino in particular). Two star ramen on the menu: the authentic Tonkotsu Hakata ramen, featuring a milky, umami-rich pork broth simmered for hours, with fine artisanal noodles. And Paitan ramen with white chicken chashu, seasoned boiled egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms and bean sprouts. Excellent izakaya appetizers and quality sake. Delicious and affordable.

This in my opinion is the best ramen place in Japantown, and I've been going here regularly or having it delivered for a few years now. The rich tonkotsu broth is full of flavor, and the noodles they pair with it are firm and thin enough to be not soggy yet still have a good noodle texture. Their ramen eggs go perfect with the ramen. The serving size is generous too, and I would highly recommend the regular Tonkotsu ramen with its classic flavor; the Spicy Tantanmen is also good, but I like the noodles that come with the Tonkotsu ramen better. Service is good, and the atmosphere is just right. Highly recommended! 5 out of 5.

Easily in my top 5 ramen spots in the city. Their service is amazing. I recommend going there earlier before meal rush time to avoid the lines. Tan tan men ramen was my favorite

Delicious, the weight is worth the Ramen!
In the corner left facing the location, there’s a little hidden bar. I recommend you go there while you wait is great. I’ve had their takeout as well, but there’s nothing like being there in person.
