This restaurant dedicated to contemporary Chinese cuisine has a modern design with a concrete ceiling and large wooden tables, all organized around the kitchen. Go for the Sichuan pork dumpling with hyperfine sauce, the small duck sandwich and the green beans with mushrooms. All washed down with a 2017 Mayacamas chardonnais, it'll go down easy... The house also has a cozier VIP restaurant, a whiskey lounge bar, a tea room and a boutique area to leave with tea, cookies and condiments.

Our server Jorge was amazing. He was actually running around trying to keep on top of the orders. The manager (Mark) hardly helped at all. He just seemed to slowly wander around and not really help many customers at all. A very disappointing experience, especially for one that cost so much. Our food was cold, parts of the order were forgotten and getting another beverage was impossible. We felt very sorry for Jorge; he deserves to be treated better

Food was great. Was a little ticked off that the server (or maybe restaurant policy) automatically adds a 20% tip for a party of 5 (two of which were kids under 10).
Nevertheless, good food, the server was good, but the service automatic fee is odd. That

This is a good place to eat if you have never tried Asian food in Asia before. Else, I personally think the food is not that great. I tried the best selling dumplings. The fried base is done well, and that's it. The ground pork inside is too bland, with a finely grounded texture from ground pork, which doesn't compliment the overall experience. On top of that, there is little to no soup inside the dumplings, which basically takes half of what this dish has to offer away. The second one I tried was the pecking duck. This is a weird way of doing this. By adding the duck and cucumbers inside a dough with the sauce added in from the beginning, both the dough and the cucumber go soft due to the sauce, making the overall bite lose its crunchiness, which is needed when you eat a soft and bland meat like duck. The sauce was not put on the duck meat, making it extremely bland to eat - I recommend putting the sauce separately, so people can dip in and have the amount they want.
I give overall service 4 stars despite the people there being super nice and helpful. I came in eating by myself, and I ordered two dishes above, which were too much for one. I ended up packing half of the food home. But when I asked if the portions were too much for one, the waiter said this amount was very okay. The bill for me was almost 80 bucks at the end. I am not complaining because I came here to try the food but I wish the waiter could have been more observant.

Staff super friendly. Spend your money on food elsewhere though. Nothing special, over priced, quality not great.

Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations prior coming here for dinner tonight, the food we ordered really fell flat. These were not authentic Chinese food by any stretch, nor yummy.
