Burmese cuisine is delicate, rich in spices of all kinds. You'll find it in rice noodles, ginger salad, curried pork, beef with tofu and samosas. Discover them on Clement Street in Richmond, an increasingly gourmet neighborhood, as well as in the East Bay (in Alameda and Oakland). Don't miss the tea leaf salad, a subtle, gourmet blend of green tea, crunchy peanuts, crispy beans, sesame seeds, garlic and sautéed shrimp.

This place was highly recommended by several locals and I feel it lived up to the hype! We came at sort of a random day hour, so luckily no wait.
Tea Leaf salad was unique and fresh, made in front of you. I definitely recommend.
Also really liked the Fiery Chicken and Burmese Lamb Curry.
Service was really fast and friendly.
I recommend doing family-style and sharing and sampling.

Recently, I ordered catering from here and it was amazing!! I ordered 5 half trays over the phone for a party of 10 and Derrick, floor manager was so kind and patient even though I could hear it was very busy in the background.
It was pouring rain when I picked up the trays and Derrick walked with us to the car with an umbrella to help us! The trays came with all the serving utensils and cute food placards to name the dishes.
I ended up making my own carb dish (garlic noodles) to cut costs (you can prob make your own rice too if you have time) but I was very tempted to try their coconut rice.
The food was securely packed and also was still warm and tasting delicious about an hour after pick up time.
I ordered the platha dip, sticky fingers, chili lamb, egg plant w garlic sauce, and tea leaf salad (Which is great bc it comes with the dressing on the side and un mixed so it won’t get soggy if you don’t serve it right away)
