As the umpteenth chinoiserie store on Grant Avenue, you may be discouraged by the idea of entering this establishment. However, there are no crickets singing here, but rather a pretty collection of decorative objects, delicate crockery and giant lanterns that you'd be tempted to take home with you. Perhaps slightly more expensive than some of its neighbors, Old Shanghai is also a guarantee of better quality.
