Previously in the Cardrona Valley for 35 years, this ranch moved near Clyde and Alexandra to the hidden Earnscleugh Valley. The ranch still offers horseback riding, but also quad biking for enthusiasts. This is especially enjoyable in the fall, when the entire valley is a beautiful shade of orange. Backcountry Saddle Expeditions offers one of the longest trekking tours in New Zealand.
