Five years ago, Anthony Coffy created his farm exclusively dedicated to poultry breeding, at Marminhac in the commune of Polignac. In only five years, the country's child has made a name for himself thanks to the quality of his products, chickens, ducks, guinea fowls, capons, etc., are raised in the open air in a spacious environment. From breeding to slaughter, everything is done on the farm.
In 2015, the thirty-year-old won first prize at the Concours Fermier d'Or organised by the Chambre d'Agriculture d'Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. In 2016, he finished third before taking second place on the podium in 2018. You can find Anthony Coffy and his poultry at the markets of Saint-Germain-Laprade, Yssingeaux, Sainte-Sigolène and Chadrac. He offers excellent roasted chickens.
