Plate millesim 2022

The Distillerie des Bughes produces the first whisky made in Haute-Loire. To obtain it, we select a malted barley slightly peaty. The water used comes from Montagnac, a small hamlet nearby. As far as the equipment is concerned, the choice of an artisanal distillery was made with traditional copper stills. It is thus a whole know-how which can be explained but especially developed during a guided tour of this so particular place (on appointment).
