This master pastry-baker, chocolatier and creator since 1985, offers quality products made with locally-produced flours (organic rye from the GAEC des Rives in Saint-Privat-du-Dragon) and, for the rest of the production, T65, grits, corn and others, from a small family mill, the Valty flour mill in Sauxillanges. Viennoiseries, panettones, macaroons, homemade gingerbread made with local honey by Frédéric de Paulhaguet, meat pies, puff pastries... You'll find creations for all your events.

Ouvert souvent ! Avec la proximité du bar , + camion pizza ! Idéal Croissant painchocolat le matin avec petit café / et une bonne pizza le soir avec le camion la Pat a Marie ???? ! Secteur Paulhaguet

Tarte aux fruits avec pâte feuilletée excellente (je n'aime pas trop la pâte feuilletée mais celle ci est craquante puis fondante, vraiment exceptionnelle)
