Chantal Montcher, sommelier and cellar master, is a graduate of the Université du Vin de Suze-la-Rousse. Her cellar contains over 1,300 references, as well as 60 new estates and 80 whiskies and rums. She also offers table wines, vins de pays and AOP wines in wine fountains. Don't panic when you're faced with such a wide choice! Chantal will advise you according to your needs and budget, and show you her favorites. On Friday and Saturday evenings, she regularly organizes themed wine evenings (blind tasting in black glasses, winegrowers' wine courses, champagne courses, etc.), accompanied by savoury and sweet tartines and platters, in a pleasant setting and in a spirit of sharing. It's best to plan ahead and book, as they're often fully booked!

Chantal a le don pour rendre ce lieu magique. Elle vous fera découvrir sa passion à travers les soirées dégustations ou lors des soirées "l'instant d'un verre" qui ont lieu les jeudi-vendredi et samedi. L'occasion de découvrir une bonne bouteille, ou plusieurs (au verre) autour d'excellentes planches de charcuterie, fromage ou dessert. Sans oublier le brin de folie et la poésie d'André. Un lieu incontournable à découvrir si vous venez à Monistrol.
