The room was really nice, all renovated with light wood everywhere, nice simple bathroom.
For dinner everyone staying there eats together in the dining room. The food both nights was amazing, there is only one dish and they use vegetables from their garden, everything is organic.
After dinner, Benjamin played some music and sang, along with Gaëlle, it added to the already warm and cozy atmosphere. We had such a nice time.
Le Repos du Pèlerin is located right near the River Allier and we managed to go for a swim in the river thanks to Gaëlle telling us the best spot to go.
Both Gaëlle and Benjamin were very nice and welcoming, also to mention that Gaëlle prepared some breakfast for us before the race as we were getting up early and they wouldn’t be open yet. Very thoughtful.
I would definitely go back there ! Thank you Gaëlle and Benjamin !
