French patisserie in the heart of Grey Lynn? Yes, and a vegan one at that! Since 2015, pastry chef Drissila has been sharing the culinary love of her homeland through her viennoiseries and pastries. She and her husband Peter have managed to recreate a little piece of France in their succulent croissants. It's not impolite to say that it's rare to find one worthy of the name in this country. What's more, everything is made without animal ingredients, without compromising the divine taste! Everything is homemade, especially the praline.
