Built in 1900-1908, this 25 m high tower is the city's visiting card. In 1978, a solar dial was added. Adjacent to this one, a new art nouveau style public bath (city symbols, these two buildings were even represented on Soviet stamps).

Nice but it seems decaying
Yes it is The symbol of svetlogorsk but the guide told me that the army who owned the monumenti does not have the Money to preserve it, however the sindoal is fantastoqur and the plant climbing on the wall gives a nice touch to this sort of ghost palace
