Refined Ukrainian cuisine in this modern restaurant with a wooded decor. If you haven't already done so, take the opportunity to taste the borscht of course, but this time take care to accompany it with salo. Salo is thin slices of spicy, marinated bacon that are eaten raw, spread on dark bread with preferably mustard. The bacon is very cold, is anything but stringy and melts in the mouth. The spicy taste works wonders with the sweetness of borscht.
