Xavier gourmet est un magasin de vente directe de producteurs. Il couvre de l'entrée jusqu'au dessert. La grande majorité des produits sont régionaux. L’histoire part des pâtisseries fabriquées par des artisans mais à grande échelle et en surgelé (Craponne sur Arzon). On retrouve les pâtisseries 25% moins chères au carton. (Pratique pour les anniversaires ou les manifestations importantes !).
Le plus : On peut également manger sur place. On ne mange que les produits présents dans le magasin. C’est un concept store, une première en Haute-Loire. A la carte, un burger revisité ou une assiette de saumon fumé avec accompagnement (légumes bios) !
