Brice has the culture of meat and offers products of excellence, making it a point of honour to work with meticulous producers, whose breeding techniques are the most natural there is, and where the animal evolves in all serenity. The oxen are raised on the high plateaux of the Mézenc, the calves are labelled Monts du Velay, the lambs come exclusively from Auvergne, the poultry from Polignac, the farm pigs from Auvergne come from the Allier. The charcuteries reflect the best of each region of France and elsewhere.
