Bistronomic restaurant at lunchtime with an affordable menu and gastronomic restaurant in the evening with a cosy atmosphere.
Backing onto the cathedral, this Gault & Millau-referenced establishment is a veritable nugget where you can enjoy attractive semi-gastronomic cuisine in the evening, made with local produce. The menu changes seasonally. Aubrac and Salers beef, buckwheat, wheat and chickpeas from the region: tasty dishes of the highest quality, accompanied by a carefully crafted wine list (over 200 references). You can also opt for the seven-course tasting menu at weekends. The leafy, shady terrace is a delight.

UNE BELLE DECOUVERTE
Au pied de la cathédrale, une très belle adresse qui propose une cuisine originale et de qualité. Le menu dégustation le soir est excellent. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable. Attention la salle est toute petite, réservation conseillée donc ! Le rapport qualité - prix est parfait.
