A small restaurant with all the makings of a big one: gastronomic restaurant with two Toques 2023 and ranking.
It's a must-visit address in Le Puy: all gourmets will tell you so. At the beginning of 2023, chef Yoan Delorme took over the restaurant and works for a small group: a few tables quickly reserved with a unique menu, guaranteeing freshness and seasonality. A culinary voyage full of surprises: the creative compositions highlight local produce, detached from tradition and prepared with research and aestheticism. Flavors explode on the palate, and food and wine pairings are well executed. At this rate, it shouldn't be long before he gets a star.

Do not be fooled by the front! Enter! " The important thing is " inside;. Excellent cuisine, unique tasty and very welcoming. That fresh produce prepared with care and control. Real kitchen shared with enthusiasm and generosity. When at the reception ..... a real sun that makes you want to your peacefully from this magnificent place and these charming guests.
