A traditional, home-made cuisine, accompanied by a very good wine in Le Puy-en-Velay.

Between a brasserie and a wine bar, the 7 Instant is a must in the city of Vellave. Ponots (but not only) like to meet in this pleasant setting. The friendly service is a big part of it. Here, you can enjoy a meal that honours traditional cuisine: andouillette, lamb mice, beef tartar, veal blanquette... All homemade, with taste, you can't go wrong. For the aperitif, opt for a board of cochonnailles or cheeses (or for Catalan tartines and bruschettas) that you accompany with a very good wine (organic or not).
