Located along the faubourg Saint-Jean, five minutes from downtown Le Puy. The establishment was renovated in 2019. Le Bilboquet is discovered around the table: crepinettes of small salt with lentils, crispy bass with crayfish coulis, duck breast with ceps, salmon escalope stuffed with foie gras... Fondues and raclettes: Savoyard, Asian, Vellave... Also head for the local dishes to taste the best and don't hesitate to ask for the cheeses...

Un resto avec une ambiance calme. Pour un diner entre collègues. UNe carte variée pour tous les gouts. Un prix abordable, correct au vu de la qualité et des quantités proposées.
A nice little hotel. small and simple room. Average cleanliness. The cuisine in the hotel restaurant is delicious and served free of charge. Fresh produce and well presented. Very good chef...: O)
A little slow service but a pleasant cuisine awaits you with a maximum of dish " maison".
