Eric Garnier, artisan confectioner and chocolatier, has set up shop in an old granite farmhouse. He welcomes you and shares his know-how about the confectionery of the past! Eric uses old recipes to make chocolates, melting fruit jellies, caramels cooked in a cauldron, nougatine with coriander... and above all a marshmallow with natural fruit flavours and essential oils. Watch him prepare this famous marshmallow, and fall for the verbena, violet, poppy or chocolate-covered ones!

Visiter cette confiserie perdue dans la nature est un enchantement. Assister à la fabrication des guimauves est un plaisir pour les enfants. Ce mélange de couleurs et à la fin la dégustation d'une guimauve entière fait leur joie. A conseiller. N'hésitez pas à aller jusqu'au bout du chemin. Les patrons sont accueillants.
