Functional (wifi, TV, air-conditioning, restaurant) and ideal for families who want to dine in peace at home. They are nestled in the splendid garden, close to the sea and the port. A transfer service (arrival and departure) is included in the price, convenient.

Great value for money for a place only a few minutes from the town centre so it's quite and relaxing. Staff friendly and kind, rooms very clean, bed the most comfortable I've been in throughout all Italy. We had a small kitchenette with fridge, cooker etc which was convenient. Also added bonus, you have free access(buy one drink) to Tritone hotel swimming pool only 3minutes walk.

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo Albergo e di sicuro ci ritornerò. Personale cortese e gentile, stanza pulita e spaziosa, vicinanza con il centro di Lipari ne fanno una scelta perfetta. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Questa foto della piscina non è dell hotel mendolita ma dell hotel Tritone. Da quel che ho capito la proprietà è la stessa ma sono due residence distinti.
Ottimo monolocale nel quale abbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti e buona colazione. Un po troppo distante l appartamento dall entrata del Residence. Soprattutto dopo esserti fatta una bella salita per arrivarci.
Comodo comunque per imbarco escursioni a Marina Grande.
Se soggiorni al residence Mendolita ti danno la possibilità di usufruire della piscina dell hotel Tritone, dietro prenotazione e consumazione obbligatoria.
Mezzo lt di acqua Euro 2.50. Aperitivo euro 15. Mi è sembrato un po esagerato
