The chef's speciality is the IDDU pasta "the vision of Stromboli", with a black crepe, ricotta from Vulcano, orange zest, red prawns, candied tomatoes and Bronte pistachios. Unique! Among the culinary specialties of the Aeolian Islands, you will find antipasti della casa, involtini di pesce (fish rolls) or totani ripieni (stuffed squid). Their pizzas are among the best on the island. Specialities: Tavoletta (three types of pizza in one) and Cannolo (cannolo-shaped) pizzas. There is no lack of choice and the welcome is very friendly. A sure value!
