For Solo Travelers: They also offer very small rooms which you can’t find on the pictures they provide. Comparing to the price you pay for a night that’s too much money even though you’re in the middle of the old city.
Secondly the place is called B&B but it turned out I did book the room without breakfast which made the price even more expensive (breakfast can be added for 10€). I booked with Hostelworld and couldn’t find that specific option. But anyways: what sense does a B&B make if there’s one B missing?
Big + for the cleaning staff. Despite everything the place was very clean.

Edit: I’m sorry if you don’t appreciate this review, it’s just how I experienced it. You’re right that breakfast was written in the details and it also said single room. But still if you advertise a sea view and a place called like that it’s no wonder that people would expect something else. I can remove the pictures if you’d agree on picturing that room or similar rooms by yourself. But to be honest: insulting me like that maybe just proofs that something’s wrong with your service?

Let’s start with the positive, the location is great, walking distance to everything and the price is good for the area. However…
Upon arrival, I realized that the “BnB” looked nothing like the photos. The reception area was dull and dingy with some sad looking tea and coffee. The breakfast is also offsite, which consists of cappuccino and croissant.
The terrace does NOT look like the photos, it’s almost like they threw some cheap patio furniture up there and called it a day. We got moved to an apartment which was also dull and slightly dingy with a teeny bathroom and a kitchen that costs an extra $10 euro a day to use.

Also, the credit card machine was “broken” and so I had to pay cash, but judging by the comments, it tends to be “broken” on the regular.

All and all the location of this place kind of saved it, but don’t expect much from it

Consiglio assolutamente per gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Locale molto pulito, personale accogliente e cordiale. Bellissimo luogo posizionato al centro storico con una vista panoramica meravigliosa, gode di un terrazzo dove le mattine si fanno colazioni speciali e ci si sente coccolati come fosse a casa. It's a new concept. Bed and breakfast without breakfast. We receive an email the morning of check-in to say that breakfast is not included and that we have to add 10€ per person...
In the room, to use the kitchen, you have to pay 10€ per day.
The owner certainly has the 10€ bill tattooed somewhere on his body.
The place is great, especially the rooms overlooking the sea and the terrace, but the management is terrible.

È una recensione molto difficile.
Il B&B è in pieno centro storico in fondo alla via che costeggia il duomo. È in ZTL quindi non è possibile raggiungerlo in auto. Dal porto, dove lo stesso B&B ci ha suggerito di parcheggiare, è possibile prendere una macchina elettrica che porta a pochi metri dalla struttura.
Al momento della prenotazione ci hanno subito dato tutte le informazioni necessarie, senza la quale sarebbe stato davvero complicato riuscire a goderci il soggiorno.
Abbiamo cambiato i nostri piani all'ultimo momento e sono stati prontissimi ad accoglierci e darci una sistemazione all'altezza.
Il B&B è in un vecchio palazzo e si raggiunge solo facendo tre rampe di scale. Siamo stati gentilmente aiutati a portar su i nostri bagagli.
C'è una terrazza comune con tavolini a picco sul mare che è meravigliosa.
La camera che ci è stata data era grande, anche più del necessario, con una vista sul mare incredibile. Alle 6 del mattino siamo stati svegliati dal sorgere del sole e solo questo vale il prezzo del biglietto. La notte però ha piovuto (ma davvero tanto) e dalla camera ci sono state diverse infiltrazioni d'acqua. Dalla finestra della sala e soprattutto in cucina. Anche di sera il personale ha risposto alla chiamata e sono subito intervenuti per venire a controllare, senza però riuscire a risolvere la situazione. Nemmeno loro si aspettavano una situazione simile.
La cemera è dotata di cucinotto, peccato che per usarlo siano necessari 10€ al giorno, scelta che non capisco fino in fondo.
La colazione è inclusa tramite un buono da utilizzare in un bar convenzionato, ma a noi non è stato dato.
Il pagamento, ad un prezzo più che onesto di 80€ per una notte, è avvenuto in contanti per malfunzionamenti alla linea del POS.
Questo B&B ha un potenziale incredibile, ma non è valorizzato a dovete. Con un po' di lavoro sulla struttura ed un'attenzione maggiore ai dettagli potrebbe davvero diventare una perla.

El aire acondicionado no era optimo, buena vista al mar. Las camas horribles. Habia nevera y el baño y la habitacion limpio. Sin estacionamiento.

Mały sympatyczny hotelik . Super lokalizacja w samym centrum. Pokoje duże klimatyzowane . Śniadanko przy katedrze pyszne . Maja kawę z mlekiem sojowym widok z okna wieczorem i rano zapiera dech w piersiach az nie chce się wyjeżdżać . Polecamy napewno wrócimy :)

Veramente eccezionale. Anche se breve di due giorni e una notte Ottimo panorama. Stanze belle, spaziose e pulite. Il gestore della struttura cordiale.

Sehr schönes, grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit viel Ablageflächen. Bad im Vergleich zum Zimmer etwas eng und klein. Das B&B liegt direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt und somit ist man überall schnell. Freundlicher Besitzer. Draussen gibt es erfreulicherweise auch einen Wasserkocher und Material für Kaffee&Tee. In der Nacht ist es aufgrund der Lage jedoch sehr laut.
