An archaeological site with a theater of the IVth century BC, a 15 m high basilica and baths decorated with mosaics
The remains of this rich ancient city attest to a network of straight streets with a sewage system. There is a theatre from the 4th century BC (which hosts classical plays every summer). There is a 4th century B.C. theatre (which hosts classical plays every summer), built into the hillside and open to the sea, a 15-metre-high basilica, the agora with its gymnasium, and mosaic-painted baths. Roman buildings are superimposed on the Greek ones, including a 1st century villa with 8 columns. Excavations have shown that the ancient city had five towers, ramparts and a main gate. Also a small museum.
