NORMAN TOWER + ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM
Tower housing an archaeological museum and museum dedicated to art exhibitions in Adrano.
This square, crenellated tower houses the Archaeological Museum, which displays finds from the Neolithic period, as well as a museum dedicated to art exhibitions. Not much remains of the original town, which has been extensively altered. The churches, for example, were largely rebuilt in the 18th century. The monastery of Santa Lucia (via Roma) is particularly noteworthy. Not far from Adrano, the Saracen Bridge (14th century) spans the Simeto.
