We recommend the "earthy" menu, with meats from the island's interior that change from the fish dishes of the coast, including the unmistakable house specialty: wild boar chops from the Nebrodi Mountains, in a red wine sauce. The table offers six menus of local cuisine (Proserpina, Ennese, vegetarian, central, fish, etc.), some of which include an excellent antipasti buffet, perfect for a taste of everything! We recommend the maccarruna alla castrugiuannisa, an ancient dish prepared with a sweet pork and cocoa sauce called "u'sciabbò". Beautiful interior room with high ceilings and a small terrace to refresh yourself. Pleasant welcome.
