CIVIC MUSEUM

A set of four different exhibitions is on display in this modest little museum, showing the archaeological wealth of the city from Prehistory to the earthquake of 1693. Amongst other things, you can discover finds dating back to the Bronze Age, Greek and then Roman remains that were found in Echetla. There are native and imported porcelains, votive figurines, everyday objects, statues and 16th century ceramics from Occhiolà
