The setting is really fantastic: the room is set up in a huge troglodyte cave, with a guaranteed natural coolness! Moreover, wine barrels take advantage of this humid atmosphere to let good wine age. The restaurant also has a pleasant terrace overlooking the trout pond. In the plate, specialities of braised meats, and many dishes containing trout of course. We tasted original home-made smoked trout ravioli with field herbs pesto, a delight.
