The setting is really fantastic: the room is set up in a huge troglodyte cave, with a guaranteed natural coolness! Moreover, wine barrels take advantage of this humid atmosphere to let good wine age. The restaurant also has a pleasant terrace overlooking the trout pond. In the plate, specialities of braised meats, and many dishes containing trout of course. We tasted original home-made smoked trout ravioli with field herbs pesto, a delight.

Ho festeggiato la Cresima di mia figlia e posso dire che è stato tutto impeccabile, mi hanno riservato il tavolo per la torta vicino alle botti ( come avevo richiesto), l'ambiente è davvero pulito, il personale è stato molto gentile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Oltre ad essere una bella location, ho riscontrato molta professionalità dal momento in cui ho prenotato fino alla fine del banchetto.
Ci tornerò sicuramente.
