But what is a guinguette? A bar, a restaurant, a snack bar, a bistro? Well, all at the same time
We have lunch and dinner here, a small unpretentious menu, service like at home, with a friendly atmosphere, using local and seasonal products, we have anaperitif at the counter or on the terrace, admiring thelake
In the afternoons, the "cabane des gourmands" (gourmet hut) will satisfy the sweetest palates, with pancakes, ice creams, cold drinks and other delights.
The framework remains undoubtedly the good products of Auvergne (in majority), as well as the sharing, the conviviality, the family, the whole without artifice and fuss
As for the atmosphere, you can imagine that we are far from the image of traditional restaurants with a stuffy atmosphere
The identity of the guinguette, the pub, the fireplace, sticks to the place like this thing that still sticks to the heart and the body
we listen to rock and soul music, we dance tango, we play darts and cards, we screw on the disco balls and we turn up the sound in the evening
The good beers, aperitifs and local digeos will make your cheeks turn pink and pull the elastic up to your ears
in short, it's a place that lives!
