RISERVA ORIENTATA DI MONTE COFANO

Closed for 6 years following a landslide on the coastal path, this small reserve north of Custonaci reopened in August 2022, after works that cost 1.4 million euros to secure the path. It offers a 3-hour hike to the highest point (at 654 meters) that allows you to admire the surroundings around Monte Cofano, between sea and mountain. Bring water because there is none on site. You can also go there by boat in excursion.
