Espaviote produces medieval drinks called Hypocras des Pays d'Oc. It is the largest producer in France.
Welcome to the hypocras capital since 1989. With over 80,000 bottles a year, it is the country's biggest producer, and even exports abroad. It is also the French hypocras champion for 2019. A few decades ago, Patrick Rouvière registered the brand. Then Loïc, the son, took up the torch, solicited by over five hundred retailers, present in museums and châteaux. He expanded the range with Potion des Chevaliers, Elixir des Princesses, Seigneurs du Velay mead...
