Alison welcomes you in a room with a beautiful fireplace. Her English-born father David prepares bistronomic dishes using the best local and international produce: Limousin beef, Velay black lamb, Vourzac and Lignon trout, organic vegetables and farmhouse cheeses, while Jérôme is the master of the salmon smoker. An intriguing mix of English, Oriental and Mediterranean influences, with local products. Excellent wine list and choice of craft beers. Top-notch staff. Tasting evenings.
