Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super reichhaltig... auch hatte es jeden Tag beim Eingang kalt gestellte Wasserflaschen und Früchte zum Mitnehmen. Alles ist sauber und die Badezimmer sind neu renoviert. Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Family Aguamarga☀️

Teníamos una reserva para el.día 28 de agosto hasta el 2 de septiembre.
El.día 23 de agosto ingresaron a mi hijo y falleció el 27 de agosto.
Pese a varios intentos, desde booking y con el propietario, para buscar alguna alternativa para no perder la reserva fué imposible. El pago se hizo íntegro.
Eso sí el día 29 recibo un correo diciendo que mi reserva había sido cancelada. Puede que otra persona ocupará la habitación.
Jurídicamente están en su derecho pero de buena voluntad andan escasos.

Estando embaraza y con contracciones hemos tenido que irnos 3 noches antes de lo reservado con miedo y no nos han mostrado un mínimo de empatía o ayuda y ni siquiera se han planteado ayudarnos para recuperar el importe. Marco ha sido muy desagradable y no volveríamos por este motivo allí.

Ha sido una estancia maravillosa desde el minuto 0,buen recibimiento, habitación impecable con vistas a mar, un sitio mágico pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo, bonita zona de piscina y desayunos completísimos y caseros.
No se puede pedir más. Fabuloso 100×100....
