It owes its name to the title of a local newspaper founded in 1915 by the great-grandfather of the current owners. And since its opening in 2017, this hotel-museum has set itself the goal of bringing this era to life through a meticulous reconstruction of what life was like for the local bourgeoisie. You'll find this in the kitchen, reading room and reception areas, and even in the 15 rooms on offer or in the delightful cafeteria and its charming garden patio. With its coffered ceilings, decorative display cases and domestic furnishings, everything evokes this "little homeland".

Un lugar precioso. Pero ya son varias ocasiones en las que el servicio deja mucho que desear por su lentitud y no sólo en días o fechas señaladas, es fácil que llegues y tras una larga espera te vayas sin comer/cenar.
Es una pena porque el lugar es maravilloso, la carta está bien, pero si no contratan suficiente personal y no hay una organización en sala se desmerece todo.

Uno de los mejores Hoteles de Priego de Cordoba, esta prácticamente en el centro y puedes visitarlo sin necesidad de transporte. La llegada fue muy buena y rapida. Las habitaciones con un toque rustico pero a la vez moderno. Todo muy limpio y el personal muy simpático. Volvería a repetir.
