CORTIJO LA FE
One of the few places with a terrace, five double rooms, a triple and a quadruple suite in Montefrio
Seven kilometers from the pretty white village of Montefrío and its delicious tapas, Dominique and Richard's cortijo is one of those rare places. One fine day in 2001, it was by sheer chance or perhaps divine intervention that they discovered it, 960 m above sea level, two kilometers from the main road leading to Granada. Since then, in the midst of 150 olive and fruit trees, she and he have continued to bring their desires and passions to the property, adorning it with delightful biomass-heated Arabic baths, an outdoor swimming pool (open from April to October) and restoring a chapel adorned with Orthodox paintings.. After a welcome mint tea, you'll discover five bright double rooms (including a junior suite), a triple and a quadruple suite in the main building of this former farmhouse, with its terrace and lounges (library, TV), all decorated in a lovely Arabo-Andalusian style (exposed beams, terracotta floor tiles, colorful furniture, handmade carpets, soft lighting...). They are equipped with comfortable bedding and fine linens, heating and fans, and in some cases, even fireplaces. In this natural setting, you can enjoy excursions in the surrounding area (Granada, Cordoba, Málaga, Sierra Nevada, Alpujarras, the beaches or Lake Iznájar...), hikes on the caminos reales (royal paths), and healthy meals and breakfasts: local produce, bread baked in situ in a Moorish oven, homemade jam, dried and seasonal fruit... A different and relevant offer led by two friendly hosts who love to entertain.

Maite y yo repetiremos seguro!!!!!
