The hospital offers a wide range of healthcare services, with over 2.2 million procedures performed since its opening, including 357,000 consultations, 11,000 surgical procedures and over 175,000 emergencies. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, an online event was organized, bringing together the mayors of the surrounding municipalities as well as representatives of entities and associations that regularly collaborate with the hospital. The focus was on the hospital's commitment to quality, accessibility and continuous improvement. The hospital has an operating room that hosted 945 procedures in 2020, of which 720 were major outpatient surgeries and 225 minor outpatient surgeries. As for emergencies, over 28,900 cases were treated in the past year, with a resolution rate of over 91%. Hôpital d'Alta Resolución de Loja is recognized for its safe surgical practices, safe hands and emergency pain center.
