It was probably the first historic hotel in the Gothic Palace. Housed in a th century palace, Palacio Santa Inés is a beautifully decorated and restored hotel for years. It is known as the house of the Father Lord by the paintings of the patio attributed to the disciple of Rafael and Alejandro Mayner. With its 35 rooms, 5 suites or assimilated, it is a building with patio located in the area declared by UNESCO as a heritage of humanity with a very warm atmosphere. The hotel was very close to the city centre. Everything is thought carefully, the service is impeccable. Friendly staff.

This was a lovely little landing spot during our 2-day visit to Granada. It is unsuspecting - doesn't look like much from the outside - but once inside, you start to see/feel the charm when you step into the interior courtyards. The staff was exceedingly kind and helpful. The bathroom could use some updating, but the unit was extremely clean and well stocked. On-site breakfast downstairs was an added bonus and had many options. The staff is a bit short-handed so the buffet wasn't always stocked and tables took time to clear, but it was hardly an issue.

Hemos tenido una estancia muy buena. El personal muy amable y la habitación cómoda. Un sitio muy tranquilo y la ubicación perfecta para ver Granada andando.
La única pega es que el cuarto de baño tenía la ventana que daba al patio.

Unfortunately due to a club beside the hotel it was very noisy. Our sleep was disturbed throughout our entire visit. As a result we would not return to this hotel or recommend it.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.
