This very central wine bar develops, in a beautiful design framework blending tradition and modernity, a good selection of tapas, salads, ibéricos (sauce almonds and mushrooms…) and shades of cod (like the superb and riquissima al al lip) to accompany some tasty national and regional nectars before homemade desserts (canutillos to quince paste). Some of the author's preparations colour the world. Attentive and attentive service.
