Opened in 1995, this establishment of great tradition is renowned for the quality of its grilled meats. They eat quality products that are cooked in a charcoal oven, which gives a unique taste. The most famous dishes are, chuletón de buey a la piedra, côte de boeuf; chulletillas de cordero, lamb chops; bacalao a la brasa, cod papillotes; mollejas de cordero, calf sweetbreads; pimientos del padrón y huevos con jamón.
