Found from Santa Cruz to Alfalfa, these bodegas remain charming and convivial. The proof is in the pudding, as many people stop here on their way to the Sevillian tapeo . While the cuisine is typically classic (neither gastrobar nor à la moda creativa), the setting is fairly traditional, with lots of wood. These often lively and always lively places serve, for example, charcuterie and seafood on thick paper. Ask about the delicious chicharones (diced pork skin fried with salt and pepper).
